1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof (video must clearly show the package and product in one continuous recording).

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging with all tags included


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personal care and skincare items

  • Intimate wear

  • Ear accessories

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Customized or special-order products


3. Return Process

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, issue details, and the unboxing video.

  3. Our team will review your claim within 24–72 hours.

  4. If approved, we will guide you on how to return the item.

Return shipping instructions:

  • Customers are responsible for sending back the product unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Returned items must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under these conditions:

  • The product is out of stock after your order.

  • Your return claim is approved after verification.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer or original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 working days to process.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or product issues (if available in stock).

  • Customers may need to pay reshipping charges unless the product received was incorrect.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • If the item has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If your order arrives damaged or missing items:

  • Provide an unboxing video within 24–48 hours.

  • We will investigate and offer replacement or refund depending on product availability.
